Orders are mailed via Singapore Post. Once a package is mailed, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you locate it or arrange a replacement.
Singapore
Orders within Singapore ship via SingPost (Smartpac). Delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 days and can be tracked via tracking number provided upon order fulfilment.
You can also pickup your orders but do get in touch with me via DM first to arrange.

We shipping to Malaysia via Speedpost Saver International Shipping and charges are based on weight.
Up to 1kg: Flat rate of $13.70
Up to 2kg: Flat rate of $23.60
Delivery time: 5 to 12 working days

We ship via Speedpost Saver International Shipping and charges are based on weight.
Up to 1kg: Flat rate of $26.10

We ship to Australia and New Zealand via Speedpost Saver International Shipping and charges are based on weight.

Returns
We want you to love your new fabric order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at hello.sewmadegoods@gmail.com and we will make things right.
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric has been cut, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for other products in the store.
We do our best to ensure the colour of the fabric online matches as closely as possible to the bolt in the shop. We shoot our photographs in natural light and agonize over the exact shade and colour description in our photos and fabric listings. However, due to the vast colour variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the colour will be an exact match to what you see online.
